Available in large sizes of 100 x300 cm and 100 x 350 cm, its hydraulic lift opens the glazed element smoothly to 84° in just 25 seconds, while the clever mechanism preserves space and offers a clean, minimalist aesthetic. 

The inclined upstand and flat frame-to-glass transition ensure clear views and lasting visual appeal. Fully pre-assembled—including leaf, opener and insulated upstand—it arrives in any RAL colour and opens to the left or right, as specified. Thermal-bridge-free construction and high-performance glazing reduce energy loss and condensation.

Lamilux Flat Roof Access Hatch Service FE  

The LAMILUX Flat Roof Access Hatch Service FE provides safe and convenient access to technical flat roofs used for maintenance, photovoltaic systems, green roofing or ventilation equipment. 

Available in generous sizes of 90 × 250 cm or 90 × 300 cm, it creates a spacious passage in combination with an on-site straight staircase. The glazed element opens smoothly up to 80° within approximately 60 seconds, while the integrated battery system ensures reliable operation even during a power failure. 

A 5° inclined upstand supports efficient water drainage and helps reduce soiling. Its thermally broken aluminium construction, continuous insulation and double sealing system provide strong thermal performance and weather resistance. 

A wide choice of heat-insulating and solar-control glazing allows the access hatch to be adapted to different building requirements.

 Fall-through protection in the closed position and tested safety functions ensure secure use on industrial, residential and public buildings.
