We have received a nice follow-up order for the 1st quarter of 2023!  Commissioned by SEGRO, a 24,000 m² industrial building with 4,000 m² of office space and a large awning is being constructed. In addition, the property will be equipped with wooden larch columns. The building is built according to the standards of BREEAM Excellent. The building was designed by Mies Architecture and is being built for client SEGRO and end user DHL.  Between the end of February and the end of March, Techcomlight will supply and install 109 daylight systems with a diameter of 53 cm for Pleijsier Bouw.  We will complete the works in consultation with Hardeman van Harten.

The new building will be realised at a development location where SEGRO has already built several buildings with more the follow. In the meantime, a total of more than 750 daylight pipes have been supplied and installed by us in various buildings at this location.
